Excellent care and consideration was provided to me throughout, starting with my pleading phone call requesting help! The lady on the phone was very sympathetic to my symptoms, very knowledgeable with regards to the support/assistance I required and worked her magic to get me an appointment at very short notice when there was minimal support available at the time! The dentist and dental nurse Ben and Lauren (same lady who made the appointment, however I didn’t know that until I was in the chair) were AMAZING with me, a less frequent dental attendee due to fear. They were both kind, calm, knowledgeable about the procedure they were about to carry out and even laughed when I rambled on due to nerves, which helped me massively! They kept me updated throughout my treatment being carried out, gave me lots of support and reassurance and offered me breaks if I needed it (which I didn’t and was a proud me moment). Aftercare was explained in full and I am very appreciative of the whole experience!! Couldn’t recommend this surgery enough!!!

I had my bridge fitted yesterday. Looks fantastic! The procedure took 2 weeks in all. Hamza and all his staff, from the receptionists too the nurses where welcoming, courteous and respectful at all times. Can't thank them enough for a that they did.

I had both upper and lower dental implants (All-on-4) at this clinic, and I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. I have an extreme fear of needles, so sedation was initially a challenge. Rather than rushing the procedure, the team postponed it and came up with a solution that worked perfectly. Having the sedation in a calm, comfortable room within the practice made all the difference, and I felt completely supported throughout. From start to finish, the care was exceptional. Every question was answered promptly by the knowledgeable Implant Coordinator and Dr Hamza Sheikh, the implant specialist, who was kind, honest, and incredibly experienced. I was involved in every stage of my treatment and his clear explanations gave me complete confidence in every decision. My temporary teeth looked great and the regular reviews ensured my implants were healing well before my final zirconia teeth were fitted. The waiting period was necessary and gave the implants the best chance of long-term success. I also really appreciated that Hamza remained my implant specialist throughout the entire process, rather than being passed between different dentists. There were no hidden costs, and I received excellent aftercare advice to help protect my implants going forward. The whole team made me feel listened to, cared for, and valued. The service was both highly professional and genuinely personal, and I now love my new smile. Thank you all!
